Vegan Raita

Blend Together:

  • 1/3 cup cultured almond milk (yogurt substitute)
  • 5 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1 bunch of fresh mint
  • 1 cap-full of vinegar
  • 3 chopped green chilies
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
  • 4 drops of lime juice
  • 2 pinches of garam masala
  • salt and pepper to taste
