Basil Fettuccine

Combine in pot:

  • 1 L vegetable broth
  • 1 can pitted black olives
  • 1/2 can diced tomato
  • 3/4 of a 350 g package of fettuccine
  • 3 elephant mushrooms (chopped)
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 3/4 of a yellow onion (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cook for 10-15 minutes (depending on how well you like your pasta cooked)
