Cook half an onion (chopped up) in a little bit of oil, uncovered for about 10 minutes on medium heat.
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 zucchini (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon tandoori powder
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon madrasi masala powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander (crushed seeds or powder)
- 1 teaspoon red chlil powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 heaping tablespoons achar
- salt to taste
Cook (uncovered, still on medium heat) for 10 minutes.
