Potato Kebabs

Boil 3 peeled potatoes until soft. Break them into small chunks and mix in:

  • One bunch of chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons vegan margarine
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste

Mix everything up and make small patties. Bake the patties for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
